Both online and face to face sessions are available.
Medicare Rebate Psychology Sessions
$220 (minus rebate)
A Mental Health Treatment Plan (MHTP) is needed to access subsidised psychology sessions. A MHTP can be completed via your GP under the Better Access to Mental Health Scheme. This will be needed along with a referral from the same GP.
Medicare can subsidise up to 10 psychology sessions within a calendar year. The current medicare rebate for a psychology session is $96.65. Clients will be required to pay the full fee on the day of their session. A medicare rebate will be sent to a medicare linked bank account usually the same day payment is processed.
NDIS Psychology Ongoing Sessions
$222.99
The Aligned Phoenix provides psychology services to self or plan managed participants only. Melanie has worked extensively in the NDIS space over the years and is aware of the reporting requirements needed. NDIS pricing is as per July 2024 price guide.
Private Psychology Treatment Sessions
$220
No referral needed. Access psychology to suit your requirements and timeline.
Psychology Assessments
Psychological Assessments including cognitive assessments, personality assessments, ADHD and ASD diagnostic assessments. These assessments can be used for your own information, workplace or educational information and for diagnostic purposes. Please contact via email for a personalised quote and further information.
Bulk-Billed Psychology Sessions
For those with a valid concession card, bulk billed appointments are available. All bulk-billed clients will need a valid Mental Health Care Plan from their GP.
Please note that Medicare do not pay psychologist's for late cancellations or did not attend's. If you are a bulk-billed client and this occurs you will be required to pay the fee for your appointment prior to rescheduling.
Workcover Sessions
We are an accredited work safe provider, specialising in addressing psychological impacts of work related issues.
With work cover funding all associated costs with your treatment are funded. To qualify for work cover support you must demonstrate a clear link between your mental health condition and your employment. A medical diagnosis from a health professional is required along with evidence of how your mental health impacts your ability to work.
